Oizom Terminal is Web-application to visualize and analyze the data from the Polludrone. It can be accessed from any browser*. To go to Oizom Terminal, type in your browser: terminal.oizom.com and hit Enter.
You will see a Login screen. Enter your assigned email ID and Password, which will be given to you by one of the Oizom representatives. Then click Login.
After successfully logging into the Terminal with your account, the Overview screen is displayed. Overview Module provides you a Birds’ Eye View of the Polludrone devices as well as the Real-time Air Quality Index and Each parameters’ data. The Polludrone devices are Geo-mapped on the Device Location Map with Device Info for a quick look.
Specifications of the Overview Module: 1. Device: To filter the devices’ by name, use this filter. Select Device Name from the Drop Down Menu. The data will change accordingly. 2. Location: You can filter the devices’ data by selecting the desired location from Location Drop Down Menu. 3. Pin: When you click on a pin, you can see the device’s name, ID and location of the device.
Real time Parameters data: On clicking the pin, a user can also see the real-time data of each parameter of the device right below the map. The Parameters are color coded for better ease of access to data.
Refresh button: When a user clicks on the refresh button, the syncing process begins and the page gets refreshed to update the data in real time.
Table view button: Clicking on this button brings you to the table view of the devices. The parameters are color-coded in table view also.
Table view shows, device name, last updated time and date, AQI and data of all the Parameters in tabular form. This view helps you access multiple devices’ data in a single view.
Open Info button: Clicking on this button opens up the information of permissible limit of various gases in different environmental conditions.
The dashboard is a complete visualization module for you to analyze the environmental data from Polludrone. The dashboard allows users to visualize the environmental data with interactive charts. Average Air Quality Index (AQI) and other parameters are displayed in hourly average and in real time both.
Device (Drop down menu): User can select the device using Devices drop-down menu and access the real-time data for the same in a graphical manner. Both bar and line graph, can be seen side by side.
Select a parameter: User can change the parameters and view the graph of the real-time data for the selected parameter. The graph is depicted as AQI against Time.
Refresh Dashboard: By clicking the Refresh button the whole page gets refreshed to sync the latest data.
Refresh Hourly Data: On clicking any of these Refresh buttons of a particular widget, the widget gets refreshed and updates the data at hourly intervals.
List View Button: On clicking of the ListView Button user can see environmental data in a list. Average AQI, time and parameters are shown in a list with its color code.
By default, list view shows the hourly average of last 24 hours.
Device: Select a Device for which you wish to see the data from Device drop-down menu.
Select date range: To access the data of the specific period of days, you can select the range of the date by entering a Start date and End date in Select Data Range option.
Select Average type: You can view the data in our predefined hourly averages by selecting the Average Type ie, hourly, 8 hourly or 24 hourly (daily).
Download Data: The data for the selected range can be downloaded by clicking the download button. The .CSV file automatically starts downloading in your PC.
Refresh button: Refresh the button every time you want the latest updated data.
Device Info button: On clicking this button you can see the detailed device information such as Device ID, Device Name, Device Coordinates, Location, City, and Status. You can learn which parameters are being monitored by the device from General Info. From Device Info, users can choose to enable or disable Notifications and Reports for the device.
Device ID: This is a unique ID for your Polludrone. This ID will be allotted by the Oizom team and can not be edited.
Device Name: This is the Name of the Device which you can edit as per your requirement.
Device Coordinates: You can set the exact location of your device by entering the device coordinates here.
Device Location: Enter the Location of the device which will be displayed throughout the Terminal i.e. Overview module.
City: Enter City Name where that particular Device is deployed
Country: Enter Country Name of that particular Device
Device Status: View whether the Device is currently active or not.
Parameters: The Parameters being monitored in that particular device is shown here.
Notifications: This shows whether the Notification settings for this device is turned ON or OFF. (Notifications features is currently under development and will be live soon.)
Reports: You can view whether automated reports for this device is turned ON or OFF.
Reports module lets you control the automated report generation for each device. Users can choose to receive automated environmental data report Daily, Weekly or Monthly. These are the print-ready reports with interactive charts and analysis.
Frequency: You can set the frequency of the reports i.e. Daily, Monthly and/or Weekly by clicking the turn on/off button. The button will turn Green to depict it is in ON state. Reports will be automatically sent to the defined Email IDs in the selected frequency only.
Allow report access: Click the icon below the Report Access, to add the all the email IDs you wish to receive the automated reports.
Add email IDs: Enter the Email ID in the Blank space and click Add. You can add maximum 5 email IDs to send the automated reports, daily or weekly or monthly. You can also remove the receiving email IDs by clicking on Delete (Trash icon).
Quick Report: You can also generate the report manually for a specific date using the Quick Report option.
First select the type of the report Daily, Weekly or Monthly. After selecting the type of report, you can select the start date and click on the Generate button to create the report for the specific time period as required.
The report can either be Downloaded by clicking on the Download button or emailed to the desired email address directly from the Terminal.
Each environmental gas reacts differently to a particular set of gases. Looking at the emission inventories from different sources, it is concluded that the environmental parameters are interdependent. For example, Ozone (O3) is produced in the troposphere as a result of a complex set of reactions that involve volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and oxides of nitrogen (NOx). Thus, O3 and NOx emissions are proportional. Our Environment is such a complex system, there are hidden parametric correlations left to uncover. Analytics module enables you to review comprehensive analysis of environmental data. Analytics module consists of various analytics type such as Parameter Comparison, Device Comparison and Time Comparison.
Parameter Comparison: User is able to compare multiple parameters of one device for the selected time period.
Steps to follow for the comparison of parameters:
Select the parameters which are to be compared. Maximum of 5 parameters can be compared at a time.
Select the range of date during which you want to analyze the data.
Device Comparison: User can select multiple devices to compare a single parameter for the selected time period.
Steps to follow for the comparison of multiple devices:
Select the devices which are to be compared. Maximum of 5 devices can be compared.
Select the parameter which is to be compared.
Select the date range.
Time Comparison: Users can analyze the parameters data of a device for a specific time slot such as 10 am and 6 pm by time comparison.
Analytics Preview: Shows the preview of your analytics when you select the type of analytics (Device, Parameter, Time comparison).
